Product UX Leader
I am a product leader with over fifteen years of experience driving innovation and product development for B2B and B2C products. I have successfully established product functions in high-growth startups and large organizations and effectively managed teams within both established sectors.
As the Product Leader at MontageCMS, I strategically guide the development of new features, manage a team of designers, enhance the MontageCMS user experience with superior design, and collaborate with engineers, product developers, researchers, and designers to launch the latest features.
Before MontageCMS, I was the Head of Product at the Weather Channel sub-brand HBCUgo.TV, where I provided digital strategies, marketing insights, and design for OTT, mobile, web, and CTV platforms. I led a team of over 25 members, including senior leadership, founders, and design, production, and marketing teams, delivering award-winning technology and content.
With a 15-year career in product development, I have held key roles in UX design and product leadership teams at Primal Screen, US Bank, Weather Group, and All-State. I have also completed special projects for prominent brands such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Best Buy, Statefarm, and Office Depot.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media from South Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in Digital Media from Savannah College of Art and Design. I am certified as a Scrum Master and a Scrum Product Owner and I have undergone executive leadership training at the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF).
