Tarus D. Stills is a content and programming executive, producer, and world builder whose career sits at the intersection of technology, media, storytelling, and audience experience.
Across his corporate career, Tarus has led product, content, and programming work spanning streaming media, sports technology, educational technology, and interactive entertainment. His experience includes senior leadership roles at HBCU GO and Genius Sports, where he built platforms and led original programming — including brand and talent partnerships with Ford and Michael B. Jordan — reaching students, educators, audiences, and brands. Earlier in his career, as a product leader at Primal Screen, he led work on the Amira Learning account, an AI-powered literacy platform deployed across schools nationally.
His production background — including producing a feature film and short-form content — grounds his leadership in the craft of making things, not just managing the people who make them. What connects that work is a belief that the best products and programming do more than function well or perform well — they create an experience people remember.
Today, Tarus is applying that philosophy to original intellectual property as the creator of Caiden's Courage, a children's story world expanding across graphic novels, interactive learning experiences, games, media, and education.His work blends the strategic discipline of programming and product leadership with the imagination of a creative director: developing the vision, shaping the story, producing the content, and building the systems that allow an idea to grow into a world.
Tarus is particularly interested in the future of children's media, interactive storytelling, creative technology, neuroinclusive experiences, and the ways entertainment can inspire curiosity, confidence, and learning.

Beyond building products and media, I believe in showing up for the next generation of creators. I support young storytellers, educators, and programs creating opportunities for children to see their ideas taken seriously.
